Mortgage Pre-approval

But first, pre-approval. 

Did you know… that the first step to becoming a homeowner is to have your financing ready before seeing homes?

This is important because most homeowners will not allow me to show you homes without a pre-approval letter. It is also a good idea yo get pre-approved first so you do not miss out on making an offer on a home that you fall in love with. You never know when “the one” will hit the market. Know how much of a home you can afford.

Below is a list of items to gather to start the pre-approval process for a home loan. 

1. Tax Returns
2. One-month recent pay stub
3. Two-months of bank statements

Before we visit homes I meet with every client to build a personalized property search plan.

Our process of elimination will help you have the clarity to help you make the best housing decision. 

During our consultation we will go over a buying strategy to help you keep track so you can make the best informed decision. 

We use the funnel technique along with a revolving Top 3 homes. At showings clients rate the homes and we get feedback.
