Did you know… that the first step to becoming a homeowner is to have your financing ready before seeing homes?
This is important because most homeowners will not allow me to show you homes without a pre-approval letter. It is also a good idea yo get pre-approved first so you do not miss out on making an offer on a home that you fall in love with. You never know when “the one” will hit the market. Know how much of a home you can afford.
Not ready yet?
No worries. A lot of our clients were not either. Meet with us to know where you are at now and set a goal to where you need to be in the future. Ready for the next steps?
Below is a list of items to gather to start the pre-approval process for a home loan.
1. Tax Returns 2. One-month recent pay stub 3. Two-months of bank statements Don’t let this happen to you. You go see homes and you find “the one” but can not make an offer because you are not pre approves.
