Can you believe that Thanksgiving is only a few short weeks away? We barely can!
We’re so excited to be releasing the November edition of our monthly newsletter, which we release in print, email, and right here. In this edition, we have, as always, very useful and important homeowner and buyer tips, as well as current Chicagoland real estate info. Our main article is about home upgrades that don’t actually add the value to homes that we think they do. We also have a homeowner tip, a buyer tip, and more real estate tips scattered throughout the newsletter.
In keeping with the theme of Thanksgiving, we have several festive and themed segments! We have an adorable printable coloring sheet for the kids, which they can submit to receive a prize. We also have a tasty Thanksgiving side-dish recipe that would enhance any holiday spread. And don’t forget to keep an eye out for segments from our contributors, including a particularly reflective and beautifully worded, Mindfulness Corner piece that shows all the unexpected ways that we can be grateful.
What are your family’s plans for Thanksgiving this year?
🦃 Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃

About Gerardo Zavala, Realtor
There is a true passion for connecting people with real estate that makes me fall in love with my career over and over again. While my title says, REALTOR® I think I am much more than that. For example, I am present and actively listening to my client’s needs, on the spot when things are urgent, and by your side to say “congratulations.” Most of my clients will say that I am a connection away from support no matter the situation, day, or time. In my opinion, customer service, educating the client on progress and next steps, and overall satisfaction are my top priorities. How can I help you?
