Happy Holidays From Our Family To Yours! Our December 2021 Newsletter is Here

It’s the last newsletter of the year! Can you believe the year is almost over? We barely can.

We are thrilled to be bringing you the December issue of our monthly newsletter, which we release in print, email, and right here on the blog. In this issue, we have our usual useful and informative real estate segments. For our main article, you can read an excerpt of my interview with Top Agent magazine, which was an honor to partake in. We have a Homeowner Tip from a professional HVAC expert who gives great advice to save money on our HVAC systems during the costly winter season. We also have a Buyer’s Tip from one of our mortgage lending experts, who advises being extra careful with your holiday spending. And, as always, we have current and up-to-date Chicagoland market data so you can stay informed.

Since our theme this month was Christmas, which you can see from the adorable winter-themed graphics throughout, we have several in-theme segments from our editors. There’s a delicious Peppermint Brownie recipe to try out during the holidays, or really, any day! We also have a cozy and cute printable coloring sheet for the kids, which they can submit for a prize. There’s last-minute holiday recs from our editor-in-chief if you’ve found yourself needing some gift-buying or holiday itinerary planning guidance. And, last but not least, Mindfulness Corner contributor, Imelda Guerra, gives thoughtful advice for improving self-compassion during a time that can be hard for some of us.

What are your family’s plans for the holidays this year?

About Gerardo Zavala, Realtor

Gerardo Zavala, Realtor

There is a true passion for connecting people with real estate that makes me fall in love with my career over and over again. While my title says, REALTOR® I think I am much more than that. For example, I am present and actively listening to my client’s needs, on the spot when things are urgent, and by your side to say “congratulations.” Most of my clients will say that I am a connection away from support no matter the situation, day, or time. In my opinion, customer service, educating the client on progress and next steps, and overall satisfaction are my top priorities. How can I help you?
