It’s a brand new year!
We’re so excited to be bringing you our January 2022 monthly newsletter, which is released monthly in print, email, and right here on the blog. In the first newsletter of the year, our main article features our top three tips for buying a home in the next six months. Which means if you start your homebuying process soon you can expect to be purchase-ready by June of 2022. We also have our Buyer’s Tip, which is geared towards first-time buyers and the steps they should be taking throughout the homebuying process. If you’re a homeowner, we also have a segment for you! This month’s Homeowner’s Tip is all about homeowner exemptions to help you save on your upcoming property taxes. And as always, we have current market information for Chicagoland so you can see how Chicagoland did during November of 2021.
On the seasonal side of our New Year-themed newsletter, we have a recipe for Capirotada (Mexican Bread Pudding), that’s guaranteed to warm up any home during a chilly winter If you’re looking for ways to come up with new resolutions for 2022, then look no further. This month’s Editor’s Note features tips for reflecting on your previous year, and how you can use that reflection for making changes in the next. And if you’re interested in sticking to those resolutions, then check out our Mindfulness Corner segment from Imelda Guerra who gives advice on how to spark creativity so you can be more adaptable to change.
To top it all off, we have something for the kids too! This month’s Creative Corner coloring sheet will leave any kid with their eyes on the sky. This month’s printable coloring sheet is all about space, astronauts, and all things exploration.
Do you have any resolutions for 2022?
About Gerardo Zavala, Realtor
There is a true passion for connecting people with real estate that makes me fall in love with my career over and over again. While my title says, REALTOR® I think I am much more than that. For example, I am present and actively listening to my client’s needs, on the spot when things are urgent, and by your side to say “congratulations.” Most of my clients will say that I am a connection away from support no matter the situation, day, or time. In my opinion, customer service, educating the client on progress and next steps, and overall satisfaction are my top priorities. How can I help you?
