Sample Selling Plan
Let’s meet by scheduling a FREE consultation. We are flexible to meet in around your schedule. Our initial consultation takes 60 minutes or less.
After our initial consultation we will provide you with an updated comparative market analysis (CMA) and sellers net sheet within 48-hours of our first meeting.
We will then ask you to schedule a second meeting to go over and interoperate the data with you at your home or my office. This meeting takes on average 40 to 60 minutes.
Agree on a Selling Plan
After we meet and you hiring me as your exclusive Realtor we complete the property listing paperwork and the property disclosure.
To help you promote your listing while you prepare your home, we park your property on the MLS Private Network.
This is a network where agents go to see what’s up-and-coming plus days on the market do not count against you.
Schedule professional photography and virtual video
Before we make your house shine, we recommend to the seller to deep clean, clear-up and declutter and staging the home using items they already have. We have a cheat sheet that we send our clients to prepare.
All of our home seller clients receive professional real estate photography that includes over 20+ photos with arial and twilight shots giving the buyer a feel for the home and area.
As most homebuyer search online we also supply floor plans with dimensions to make it easier for buyer to make a decision.
Our media team is also equipped to perform virtual property tours and videos, 3D Matterport walk-through and graphic design.
Once your home shines it’s time to go live on the market.
Go live on the MLS
1. Implement social media target marketing plan
2. Open House (first immediate weekend)
3. Seller and agent meeting after week two (2) to present agent and public feedback
4. Weekly Tuesday status updates
