Unsure of the Buying & Selling Process in Real Estate?
Five Tips to be at Ease:
1. Your Realtor Matters.
Hiring the right Realtor is important. Interview several and hire one. Ask these questions to yourself after each interview. Are they knowledgeable? Did they make you feel good and build your confidence? Did they answer your question.Did they ask you any questions? Did they take notes? And did you vibe with that person?
2. Get To Know The Market.
Market conditions are fast moving with low inventory and multiple offers with highest and best situations. Competition and demand for quality homes are at an all-time high. Interest rates are historically low. We help clients understand the market with factual data and our experience. As a trusted advisor we provide options so you can make the best decision in any situation you may encounter.
3. Understand the Process.
Be prepared and be ready. Planning is key and it will help make the process easier, less stressful, and enjoyable. Familiarize yourself with the steps, the terminology, a timeline, and budget. Head over to my YouTube channel for webinars and explanation videos.
4. Ask Questions.
The more comfortable that you are with your Realtor the more confidence you are to ask questions. I will make sure you get honest answers to your most pressing concerns and in a timely turnaround. We learn by asking questions. It is no different in real estate. I welcome any you may have.
5. Relax, Take A Deep Breath.
Our systems and processes work. You will have the confidence to make the best financial decision with clarity. Most importantly we are at your side from start to close so you don’t miss anything, overpay or leave money on the table.
About Gerardo Zavala, Realtor
There is a true passion for connecting people with real estate that makes me fall in love with my career over and over again. While my title says, REALTOR® I think I am much more than that. For example, I am present and actively listening to my clients needs, on the spot when things are urgent, and by your side to say “congratulations.” Most of my clients will say that I am a connection away from support no matter the situation, day or time. In my opinion, customer service, educating the client on progress and next steps, and overall satisfaction are my top priorities. How can I help you?
